The Coffee & Tea Festival NYC Iced will be held indoors, from 11:00AM-4:00PM. The event will be held rain or shine (no refunds).

Online: $20 ++
Children (12 and under): Free, but still require a ticket
Day-of: $25, if available

General Admission includes access into the event, a souvenir tasting cup, freedom to attend festival seminars and enjoy tastings from various exhibitors. Ticketholders are encouraged to participate in event contests/activities, as well.

Children 12 and under are admitted free, but still require a ticket. On the ticketing page, enter the number of “children” tickets in your cart – there will be no charge for these tickets.

Military & Seniors (65+) can get tickets to the event for $5++ each. These tickets are available via phone only. Please call the event production office at 631-940-7290. You will be asked to verify your status.

Everyone who purchases a ticket will get in. No tickets will be sold once the event sells out. We have limited the number of attendees to ensure that everyone who purchases a ticket will be able to enjoy the event with ease. All ticket purchases are final sale, no refunds or exchanges.

Tickets purchased from an unauthorized source may be lost, stolen, counterfeit or in violation of resale policies and if so, are VOID, and you will be denied entry. We strongly discourage you from purchasing tickets from an unauthorized source. Tickets purchased from sources other than this website may not be valid and may result in attendee being refused admission to the event. Purchasing a ticket from an unauthorized seller is not advised. The event producers are not responsible for honoring invalid tickets nor issuing any refunds for invalid tickets.
